We can provide the following support:

Electrical Construction Management – We can support your project by overseeing other contractors and ensuring the owners safety and quality standards are being adhered to.

Engineering – Provide the owner or plant with project support to assist them with project concepts, electrical infrastructure capacity evaluations for existing and future, power distribution design, process analysis (pumps, fans, instrumentation, etc), engineering solutions, turn-key projects, and consulting.

Constructability – Our team can assist our customers in the early design/concept phase of their projects to evaluate the current conditions and provide recommendations on planned projects to help the owners evaluate costs and feasibility of their projects. This ability is supported from our electrical engineer and senior electricians on staff with over 25 years experience in industrial processes and projects.

Our technicians who provide 24/7 emergency response are trained and experienced electricians with experience in power, controls and instrumentation, and can support most major electrical systems and provide timely diagnosis and repairs. Our goal is to provide a safe and economical repair for your facility to get it up and running as quick as possible.

ABOUT

Youngblood Electric Company was established in 2014 to primarily serve industrial customers in SC. Owner Rick Youngblood, a Clemson University graduate in electrical engineering, began his early career working in the pulp and paper industry as a plant engineer and later transitioning into engineering design with a design engineering company. Having previously worked in manufacturing and design engineering has provided our company with a technical understanding of power and instrumentation and allows us to help our customers improve efficiencies, equipment and process reliability and NEC compliant installations. Today, Youngblood Electric Co. still remains heavily focused on industrial customers and have provided our services to the following industries: power, pulp/paper, plastics, automotive, water treatment, and general manufacturing. Youngblood Electric Co. is licensed in SC, NC, and GA, and we are capable of supporting all of our customer’s electrical needs. Expertise that we can offer to your operations include: construction, construction management, project management, repair and maintenance, preventive maintenance, energy savings/management strategies, and electrical equipment technical support.

  - Subcontractor - Provide electrical installation of VFDs, soft starters, pump control panels, and wiring for new pumping systems.
- City of Pickens, SC
  - Provide technical support, repair and maintenance of water and waste water treatment plant electrical equipment.
  - Joy Rd Booster Station - Upgrade to water booster pump station: installed vertical turbine pumps, piping, and electrical.

- Belton Honea Path Water Authority
  - Designed and installed new VFDs on 150HP vertical turbine pumps, resulted in 40% energy savings.
  - Provide technical support, repair and maintenance of water treatment, pumping and plant electrical equipment.
